Reissue Password (Step {{(vm.currentStep == vm.steps.ALT_STEP_1 || vm.currentStep == vm.steps.ALT_STEP_2) ? vm.currentStep - 3 : vm.currentStep}}/2)
To complete the reissue password process without visiting the branch, you will need to:
- Have in your possession the mobile phone that you have registered to the Bank for receiving extraPIN.
- The Username you use for login to winbank.
- Remember the PIN of your debit card that you will register, as you will use it in the last step of the process via the Bank's Voice IVR.
If you have not successfully completed the reissue password process through the Bank's IVR and have the application code sent to you by SMS, we will call you again to continue the unfinished entry. The application code is valid for 72 hours from the time it has been created and the process will be completed with the same details (card, username, mobile). Otherwise, you have to reissue password from the beginning staring from step 1.
Piraeus Bank Voice IVR (+30 210 3898888) will contact you to your mobile phone, that you have registered to Bank for receiving extraPIN, in order to complete the reissue Password process. After successful entering your debit card PIN you will receive sms message with the temporary Password, which you will use for your login to winbank web banking along with the Username.
- Once you receive the sms with temporary Password, you will have 72 hours to connect to winbank web or mobile banking service. Otherwise, you should call at +30 210 3288000 or visit any of the Piraeus Bank Branches.
- Piraeus Bank will contact you up to 3 times to complete the reissue Password process. If the telephone communication fails to complete, you can use the below the below application code on the 1st step of reissue Password process or call to +30 210 3898888.
- Submitting a new application, if there is another pending request automatically cancels all the SMS codes you received with your previous request.
